Artist Statement
The image of the fossil implies memory and recognition of the past. In these works, I explore the layered nature of contemporary life and interpret reflections on time, memory, and our relationship with existence. My aim is to highlight the relevance of the present moment, both individually and collectively, where control and loss leave traces that influence our interpretation of reality and shape our memory, which becomes a reference for truth. With my art I do not seek to impose a closed vision of reality, but rather I value abstraction as a means to establish an open connection to sensitivity. Reality, for me, is understood through personal experience, thus allowing access to the deep truths about our existence.
