Artist Biography
Are you interested in art that puts you to sleep? I didn’t think so. Neither am I. My work is based on the power, movement and life force all around us. I have lived in the Arizona desert, by the Pacific Ocean, on the south coast of England, on the east coast of Scotland, and now, on the Irish Sea, in the gorgeous Glens of Antrim. Each place has had a major impact on my abstract expressionist work. I am currently fascinated by the very large Scots pines around my studio, and as always, by the sea. I strive to connect myself and the viewer to the power and flow of nature that we are all a part of, thus bringing both the energy and quiet majesty of a walk by the sea or among the trees into our homes for our joy, peace of mind, and refreshment.
